Dave Press95 days agoThis was, without question, one of the best tour experiences I've ever had. From the moment I was picked up until I was dropped off, I was treated like a VIP. My guide was incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about showcasing Dubai. I never felt rushed, and the entire day was tailored to make sure I had the best possible experience. The Dubai Frame was absolutely spectacular, offering breathtaking views of both Old and New Dubai and providing fascinating insight into the city's remarkable transformation. Beyond the attraction itself, what truly made this tour exceptional was the personalized service. Every detail was handled seamlessly, transportation was comfortable, and I felt more like an honored guest than just another tourist. If you're looking for a stress-free, first-class way to experience Dubai, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Whether it's your first visit or your fifth, you'll leave with incredible memories, amazing photos, and a much deeper appreciation for this extraordinary city. Five stars simply don't seem like enough. Thank you for making me feel like royalty—I would book with this company again without hesitation!+3Posted on Google

Marian Kacerovský251 days ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Abu Dhabi City Tour – A Truly Unforgettable Experience Our Abu Dhabi Full Day City Tour (Private Guided Trip) was simply exceptional from beginning to end. Everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned, making the entire day smooth, relaxing, and deeply enriching. The absolute highlight of our experience was our guide, Zeeshan, who truly deserves the highest possible praise. His English is at an exceptionally high level, making communication effortless and his explanations clear, engaging, and enjoyable. His knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s history, culture, religion, and modern development is remarkable, and he shared it with genuine passion and professionalism. What truly sets Zeeshan apart is his extraordinary hospitality and kindness. He went far beyond his professional duties — he personally bought Arabic tea for me and my wife, and a sandwich with French fries for our daughter, all paid from his own pocket. This gesture touched us deeply and perfectly reflects the generosity and warmth of his character. Throughout the day, Zeeshan was attentive, patient, flexible, and always focused on our comfort and enjoyment. He adapted the tour to our interests, never rushed us, and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. Touring Abu Dhabi with him felt like discovering the city with a knowledgeable friend rather than simply following a guide. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, covering both iconic landmarks and cultural highlights, especially the breathtaking Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Thanks to Zeeshan, every place we visited had meaning, context, and emotion. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough, and we especially recommend Zeeshan, who is without doubt one of the best guides we have ever had anywhere in the world. He transformed a great tour into an unforgettable life experience. Thank you, Zeeshan, for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality. Abu Dhabi will always stay in our hearts because of you.Posted on Google

Flight was delayed hence we started our tour at around 1am 😄 still our guide Mr Ali managed to show us around popular tourist attractions. He was patient and knowledgeable about all these places, took nice pictures of us ( that’s a bonus !) and dropped us back at the airport just appropriately in time to get to our next flight comfortably. Although it’s purely sight seeing, it’s worth the time and booking with Tours by Rafiq Dubai, surely won’t be regretting it 😄+0Posted on Google
Lawrence Kass869 days ago- [ ] We scheduled a private day tour of Abu Dhabi with Tours by Rafiq as a shore excursion from our cruise ship based on nice reviews. Amir was our guide for the day and Sean was our driver. We had specific areas that we wished to see and only a limited amount of time in which to see them. - [ ] I'm happy to say that Amir was able to get everything in and then some. He took us to all of the places we wanted. Lunch was supposed to be on our own and at our expense but to our surprise, we were treated to a wonderful and delicious lunch. that was not on our schedule, totally unexpected and was truly one of the highlights of the day. In addition to seeing so many amazing sites, both Amir and Sean were kind and accommodating. Amir really Knew the history of the area and we learned so much from him. The car was comfortable and air-conditioned while the temperature outside was close to 95 F. - [ ] I highly recommend you consider this company if you are planning a trip to the UAE. I don't think you will be disappointed. - [ ] PS. If I could change anything, I would ask not to be brought to the "art gallery" unless you specifically want to because it's just a store trying to see rugs, wall decorations, and such. - [ ]Posted on Google

From the moment we started until the final drop-off, Rafig’s professionalism was outstanding—punctual, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. What truly set this tour apart was the comprehensive detail. Rafig masterfully wove together the narrative of Dubai, seamlessly transitioning from the pearl diving history and the Old Souks (Past) to the towering skyscrapers and vibrant global commerce (Present), and finally to the visionary architecture like the Museum of the Future (Future). It wasn't just sightseeing; it was a profound lesson in urban transformation. Rafig’s passion for his city is infectious, and he truly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was arranging an impromptu, quicker way to cross the Creek to save us time, suggesting the perfect, hidden spot for a photo, or making sure we were hydrated and comfortable in the heat, his care was genuine and personalized. This isn't just a tour; it's a meticulously crafted personal journey. If you want a deep, insightful, and absolutely unforgettable experience of Dubai, book with Rafig. He is, without question, the gold standard for guiding in the UAE.+3Posted on Google

His knowledge of both the city’s history and its futuristic architecture made every stop fascinating. Zeshan was highly professional and tailored the itinerary perfectly—for instance, when we wanted to see the Dubai Mall fountains, he adjusted our schedule to avoid the heaviest crowds. He also took amazing photos for us at the best viewpoints! If you’re looking for a stress-free way to see the highlights, I highly recommend booking with Tours By Rafiq Tourism Dubai.+0Posted on Google

Brandon Pettes755 days agoOur group of 12 wanted a customized itinerary, personal driver, and concierge-level service for our entire stay in Dubai. Rafiq and his team were extraordinary! They treated us like family, easily adjusted to last minute schedule changes, and ensured our comfort during every excursion. More importantly, Rafiq was available at any hour to address our needs. Finally, Rafiq was eager to share Dubai’s history and culture. He created a theme for our tours—Dubai: Past, Present, and Future— and even suggested additional sites of interest to add context to our tours. From the Gold and Spice Souks in Old Dubai to the Burj Khalifa to the Museum of the Future, we left Dubai with knowledge of this great Emirate and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you, Tours by Rafiq! We will see you again soon!+4Posted on Google
