Andy BruceRafiqs tour is incredible. He is a first class tour guide whose only concern is to take good care of his customers. He showed up at our hotel early and called the room to inform us. He was there, yet reiterated that we should take our time. We had two very comfortable vans. Great AC and very smooth ride. We booked two tours: a Dubai half day city tour and an evening desert Safari with barbecue tour. Everything has gone without a hitch. Water and many easy tips and tricks were provided. Good at taking pictures with good angles. Awesome job! We took the Dubai day trip from Abu Dhabi Package. However, one thing to take note is that this package does not include the return trip, as our starting point was in Abu Dhabi. Both guides demonstrated deep knowledge of Arabic culture and the country, providing insightful explanations and answering all our questions in great detail. The tour was perfectly organized, with complimentary water provided. For lunch, we were given the option to enjoy either authentic Arabic or Western cuisine (not included in the tour price). The highlights included the camel market, the peaceful oasis with its lush palm groves and traditional falaj irrigation system, the historic Al Ain Fort, and a breathtaking detour to Jebel Hafeet, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
