The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC:

1) Pricing:

1. Experience our convenient online booking process and competitive pricing.
2. Our commitment to an effortless booking experience is reflected in our policy.
3. Please be informed that prices are typically quoted on a per-person basis unless otherwise stated.
4. The price and duration of tour packages are interconnected. At any given point, the price of a tour can affects its level of customization.
5. All prices are exclusive of taxes. 5% VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied and calculated at the checkout page based on the total cost.

Base (Fixed) Price and Per Person (Pax) Price:

When booking tours, you might notice two types of pricing: a base (fixed) price and a per person (pax) price. Here’s a clear explanation of why these two prices are used.

 

Base (Fixed) Price:
The base price is a mandatory fee that covers the fundamental costs of running the tour. This price remains the same whether there is one participant or a full group. It includes essential expenses such as transportation, permits, and other operational costs.

For example: Luxurious Dining on Dubai’s Dhow Cruise: An Unforgettable Experience might have a base price of $80. This fee ensures the tour can be conducted regardless of the number of participants.

Per Person (Pax) Price:
In addition to the base price, some tours charge a per person price. This fee covers individual expenses such as admission tickets, meals, etc. The per person price ensures that each participant’s unique costs are accounted for.

For example: The same Luxurious Dining on Dubai’s Dhow Cruise: An Unforgettable Experience with a base price of $80 may also charge $60 per person for entrance fee, meals, etc.

Overall Fixed Price:

Some tours have an overall fixed price that covers the entire tour, regardless of the number of participants up to a specified maximum. This pricing model ensures that all fundamental costs are covered with a single fee.

For Example: Discover Six Emirates of UAE on a Premium Full-Day Guided Tour has an overall fixed price of $333, which covers up to 6 participants. This means the tour costs $333 whether there is 1 person or 6 people in the group.

Prices may be subject to change under the following circumstances:

• • Changes to the scheduled pick-up and drop-off points

• • Changes to the original itinerary

• • Changes to the number of booked persons/travelers.

• • Requests to extend the booked time frame of any tour.

• • Changes to the scheduled tour time

• • Any additional/customized services, food, passes, or other requests.

Our tour packages provide the following:

• • Luxury private vehicles for transportation

• • Complimentary mineral water

• • Hospitality services

• • Tour guide maps

The following items are excluded from the offer:

• • Meals, snacks, and drinks

• • Accommodations

• • Travel insurance.

• • Souvenirs

• • Entry passes

2) Payment Policy:

At Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC, we understand the importance of transparency in fostering lasting relationships with our travelers. 

To enhance your experience, we have simplified the payment process, making it more convenient for you to complete your transactions. 

Our website offers multiple options for making booking payments:

• • Online: You can use our trusted automated payment gateways, including Debit Card, Credit Card, and PayPal.

• • Offline:
    • • Bank Transfer: You can make your payment through a bank transfer.
    • • Cash on Arrival: You can pay in cash when you arrive at your destination.

Note: All our prices are set in US Dollar $ to make the process smooth for travelers.

3) Cancelation Policy & Refund Procedure:

To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we kindly request that you first take the time to thoroughly read and comprehend the cancellation policy and procedures associated with your tour package.

• • When canceling the tour reservation 15 days before the scheduled tour date, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the tour.

• • If you cancel your tour reservation 7 days before the scheduled or committed tour date, you will receive a 50% refund of the tour amount.

• • If you cancel the tour reservation 3 days before the scheduled tour date, you will receive a 25% refund of the tour amount.

• • Refunds will not be granted within 24 hours of the tour date/hour. In such instances, the full amount of the tour must be paid.

• • The Access Passes and Entry Tickets are non-refundable once issued.

• • Missed departures, no-shows, and unused services are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

• • Essential documents must be presented by travelers; otherwise, refunds will not be granted in the event of their loss or failure to produce them.

• • Please be aware that Tours By Rafiq assumes no liability for cancellations that we do not receive or are not confirmed through our official platforms.

• • If the traveler did not adhere to the guidelines set forth by Tour by Rafiq Tourism LLC, the refund process will not be initiated.

4) Customization on-demand:

You should Inform us 24 hours before If you want to change/switch the following:
a) Meeting Point

b) Pickup Time.

c) Change of Group Size, Terms and Conditions applies.

d) Additional Tickets and Entry Passes.

Otherwise, you will be charged an extra amount, and no refund will be issued for reserved services/pickup etc.

5) Itinerary Amendments:

The itineraries and services offered in your tour package may be subject to adjustments and modifications due to prevailing local conditions, fluctuating weather patterns, and unforeseen circumstances encountered during the tour.

Travelers can face the closure of a sight/attraction and some delays to acquire the desired site’s Access Pass, Entry Tickets, due to:

1.  Government Announcements
2.  Official Events
3. Natural Disasters/Emergency
4. Traffic/Ground Emergencies

In such cases where planned activities or services are unavailable, we will strive to offer suitable alternatives that are equally valuable, contingent on their accessibility.

Depending on the situation, we provide two options:

1. • We will issue a full refund of the tour amount, excluding any payment fees.

• • We can reschedule the tour for you as long as both the traveler and the TBR tour guide are available during that period.

Some tours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, according to the site’s Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC policies.

Some sites permit the rescheduling of entry passes, but terms and conditions may apply.

Every effort will be made to inform you of any changes to your itinerary before your departure.

Kindly note that Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC retains the sole discretion to modify the itinerary slightly without being held liable for reimbursement.

6) Travel Insurance:

Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC does not provide coverage against potential risks and financial losses that may arise during travel. 

These risks vary in severity, spanning from minor inconveniences to more critical situations like injuries or significant illnesses requiring medical attention.

7) Travel Documents:

For travelers, it is imperative to ensure that they have the necessary travel documentation, including a valid passport, identification card, and a tour booking reference number.

The responsibility of obtaining these documents lies solely with the guest to ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience.

Travelers of all nationalities are strongly encouraged to consult their country’s consulate or embassy before their departure and arrival to obtain the most current entry requirements.

8) Intellectual property limitations:

The content of Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC on all official platforms, this website, comprising the logo, images, videos, tour package information, pricing details, and other pertinent materials, is the exclusive property of Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to refrain from using its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illicit activities.

9) Jurisdictional law:

Any issues, conflicts, or demands arising from or related to Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC services will be governed by and settled in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10) Check-In, Check-Out, and Lodging Information:

The check-in and check-out times are set by the hotel you have chosen. Tours By Rafiq Tourism LLC cannot be held responsible for any requests for early check-in or late check-out if the hotel is unable to accommodate them due to operational limitations. 

We can request early check-in or late check-out; it depends on availability.

If the traveler exceeds the allotted time, they will be responsible for covering the additional charges and dealing with any associated limitations.

11) Asset and property damage protection policy

During tours, the traveler will be liable for the cost of damage caused to government property/assets, or tour assets of Tours By Tourism LLC by the traveler’s actions.

Additionally, the traveler will be held accountable for any degradation in the moral and ethical values of individuals resulting from the traveler’s behavior.

The extent of the costs will vary depending on the severity of the damage caused.
